YOUR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Hi, I’m Ashley Dubois, the founder of R&R Occupational Therapy.

I am an occupational therapy student with a strong passion for supporting individuals in developing the skills they need to participate fully in everyday life. My interest in occupational therapy is rooted in a belief that meaningful progress begins with understanding each person’s unique strengths, needs, and experiences.

The name R&R Occupational Therapy holds special meaning. While R&R represents Regulation and Resilience, it also reflects the names of my two beautiful daughters, who are my greatest inspiration and the reason behind my vision for this practice. Becoming a parent deepened my understanding of the importance of supporting children and families with compassion, patience, and care—and it continues to shape the values that guide my work.
